Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2019, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of City Hall 303 9th Street by a bid opening committee. The bids and the responsibility of the bidders will be considered publicly by the City Council at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2019 in Council Chambers, 303 Ninth Street.
Plans, specifications, proposal forms and contract documents as prepared by the City Engineer may be seen at the City Engineer's office.

A non refundable payment of $23.28, plus applicable sales tax, ($25.00 total) per set of plans and specifications is required at the time of purchase.
