NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed proposals will be received until 11:00 A.M. on May 17, 2022, at the Dodge County Government Services Building in Mantorville, Minnesota, on behalf of the Dodge County Board of Commissioners for the following described highway projects:


S.A.P. 020-603-016: Bituminous Pavement Mill and Overlay on Dodge County Road 3 in Claremont, MN

The approximate major quantities:

Mill Bituminous Surface (2”) – 11,879 S.Y.; Wearing Course Mixture (3,B) – 1,884 Tons


S.A.P. 020-605-029: Bituminous Surfacing and Aggregate Shouldering, 2.8 miles West of West Concord, MN

The approximate major quantities:

Wearing Course Mixture (3,C) – 13,833 Tons; Shoulder Base Aggregate – 1,636 Tons

S.A.P. 020-609-036: Bituminous Pavement Reclamation, Shoulder Widening, Aggregate Base, and Bituminous Surfacing on C.S.A.H 9 (220th Ave), 5.8 miles East of Dodge Center, MN

The approximate major quantities:

Full Depth Reclamation – 77,150 S.Y.; Wearing Course Mixture – 23,174 Tons; Aggregate Base, CL. 5-Mod. – 19,970 Tons; Common Excavation – 16,045 C.Y.

Each bid must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond made payable to Dodge County in a sum equal to at least 5% of the bid amount.

Bids must be sealed and addressed to Dodge County Administration, 721 Main St. N., Mantorville, MN 55955, and plainly labeled "Bid for S.A.P. 020-603-016, etc..”

The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein.
