NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS-
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Brown County; New Ulm, MN will accept sealed bids, at the Office of the County Administrator, in the Brown County Courthouse, New Ulm, MN. until 10:00 a.m. on the 26th day of June, 2019, for the following project(s):

• S.A.P. 008-607-014 Shoulder Widening and Grading on CSAH 7 from Cobden to Evan

Major quantities include: 95,716 Cu. Yds. Common Excavation, 14,600 Cu. Yds. Subgrade Excavation, 14,675 Ton Class 1 Aggregate Shouldering, 5000 Cu. Yds. Class 5 Special Aggregate Base, 8638 Ton Class 5 Aggregate Base, 82 Each Pipe Apron, 2248 Lin. Ft. Culvert, 480 Lin. Ft. Clean Pipe Culvert, 6120 Lin. Ft. Pipe Drain, 356 Ton Random Riprap Class II, 14,510 Sq. Yds. Full Depth Reclamation, 44.8 Acres Seeding, 9722 Sq. Yds. Sod and 19,292 Sq. Yds. Erosion Control Blanket.
Plan and proposal price is $50.00. Nonrefundable.

Plan, proposal and specifications can be examined and obtained from the Brown County Highway Department, 1901 N. Jefferson St., New Ulm, MN. 56073, ph#507-233-5700. A check, draft or money order in the amount listed above, and payable to the Brown County Treasurer must accompany requests for plans and proposals.

A bidder’s bond or a certified check payable to the Treasurer of Brown County in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount bid must be included.
