NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - - Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, May 27, 2019, by Joshua Stevenson, County Administrator of Cass County, or his representative, at P.O. Box 579, 8045 County 12, Walker, Minnesota 56484 on behalf of the Cass County Board of Commissioners as agent for said County for the construction of the project(s) listed below. Proposals will be opened and read publicly by the County Administrator or his representative at the County Highway Department in Walker Minnesota, immediately after the hour set for receiving bids.

CSAH 17 - Milling, Reclaiming, Grading, Paving and Aggregate Shoulder Special
CSAH 2, 15 and 29 - Aggregate Shoulder Special

Contractors may download plans and proposals through the Cass County website at no charge. See instructions for downloading on the website. Contractors can purchase plans and proposals for $100.00 (no return). Please note that all addendums will be distributed via email.

Plans and specifications may be examined and secured at the office of the Cass County Highway Engineer, 8045 Co. Rd. 12, PO Box 579, Walker Mn 56484. Phone (218) 547-1211, Fax (218) 547-1099.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to the Cass County Treasurer for at least 5% of the amount of the bid. The right is reserved by the Cass County Board to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities therein.
