NOTICE is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Jackson County Engineer on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners at 53053 780th Street, Jackson, MN 56143 until 10:00 AM on Friday August 9th, 2019 for the following project:

SP 032-090-011
Multi-Purpose Recreational Trail in the City of Jackson on East side of Dewey Street
Total Project Length of 0.207 Miles

5” Concrete Walk 11,000 Sq Ft
Aggregate Base Class 5 232 Tons

Paper copies are also available by mail or pickup at the Jackson County Public Works Facility Cost $50 (non-refundable incl. tax). Notification prior to picking up a copy is required please call (507) 847-2525

Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the County of Jackson.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities, and to award the bids in the best interest of the County. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty (40) days.
