Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the White Bear Lake City Hall, 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, Minnesota 55110, until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the City Engineer and Engineering Secretary, said bids to be for the furnishing of all labor and materials to complete the following described local improvements under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429:
