They are also available by mail or pickup at the Jackson County Engineer's Office, Cost $50 (non-refundable incl. tax). Notification prior to picking up a copy is required please call (507) 847-2525

Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid made payable to the County of Jackson.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities, and to award the bids in the best interest of the County. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty (40) days.
