Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the White Bear Lake City Hall, 4701 Highway 61, White Bear Lake, Minnesota 55110, until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud by the City Engineer and City Clerk, said bids to be for the furnishing of all labor and materials to complete the following described local improvements under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429:
Mill and Overlay on: Sumac Circle (Sumac Ridge to Sumac Ridge), Sumac Ridge (Bellaire Avenue to 1,000 feet East), Manitou Drive (County Road D to Sumac Ridge), and Manitou Lane (Manitou Drive to Sumac Ridge). Total pavement replacement on: Eleventh Street (Division Avenue to East Cul-De-Sac). Trail Reconstruction on: County Road 96 Trail (White Bear Parkway to Birch Lake Boulevard), and White Bear Parkway Trail (County Road 96 to Birch Lake Boulevard North).
